What a great week! The Business Unit Management Systems Certification is starting to roll! It was a really good hybrid atmosphere for 24 hours! Four days of intensive, open and respectful discussions as a prelude to our strategy 2025+. Nobody got lost in virtual space. Adrenaline, energy and a piece of common understanding was in the air and in space ;-). Thank you colleagues from Germany, Western Europe, Central Eastern Europe and America! So great to be part of this team. I am proud to have all of you as my colleagues on our common path to success! Thank you for your very valued contributions! I can hardly wait for the workshop with our Asian colleagues!
