Position: Business Unit Head
Location: Tokyo, hybrid style
Compensation: 25-30M JPY with flexibility
- Lead Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs to provide strategic direction to sales and marketing activities like business development, product/band P&L, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
- Lead and formulate plans and processes to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside of the company.
- Lead multiple teams of executives, directors/senior managers, and managers. Ensure appropriate talent selection, organization and leadership for major areas of the organization.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across company and partner organizations.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, managing P&L, sales and marketing organizations at global companies.
- Hands on leadership skills and able to grow and skill up the team members.
- Fully bilingual in Japanese and English
- Good communication skills and able to act as a bridge between local and global leadership teams
