The next step involves categorising the tasks that you carry out in business on a daily basis.
And finally assign a value to each task to the Business. This is where you have to be really disciplined with yourself because you will need to create new habits.
Figure out the high-value tasks that you are able to do & the high-fun tasks & then employ someone to do the rest! If you have a further hour earning eg ￡100 you should not be doing any task lower than that amount!
