IT Business Systems Analyst - onsite, full time direct - $110k plus great benefits!

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an?IT Business Systems Analyst?for our premier client in?Bannockburn, Illinois.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Technical Requirements and Certifications ?SAP Certification is a plus.
• Certification in SAP SD module preferred.

• Education and Experience ?Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology. MBA a plus.
• Experience in 3rd party software solutions preferred.
• Experience in S/4 HANA preferred.
• SAP Pricing Knowledge is a plus.
• At least 4 years of SAP SD/OTC experience with progressive responsibility and influence.
• At least 1 -2 full cycles SAP implementation projects with hands-on project experience designing, testing and implementing OTC Solutions.
• Experienced working on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
• Experience in Minimum SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP OTC required.
• Experience configuring, implementing and maintaining SAP OTC solutions.
• Experience working with both Product Based and Service Orders, Invoicing, Pricing, Contracts, Cash Application and Intercompany for both Domestic and International business units.
• Expertise in SAP SD module with strong understanding of integration with other SAP S/4 modules and 3rd party systems.
• Knowledge of working with SAP Invoicing, Cash Application, Collections with an emphasis on Service Based Companies, International Sales and Intercompany.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of SAP Order Management and Invoicing solutions for business programs/projects.

• Business Systems Analyst II IT specifics:Broad technology knowledge of major applications, middleware and platforms
• Broad understanding of business processes and solutions
• Understanding of integration points of SD with FI/WM and other modules
• Provide training, mentorship and ongoing support of SAP Order Management solutions and best practices to IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to effectively operate with VP and above executives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and work across different time zones.
• Motivated by the desire to make a difference in the business, to work with a highly talented set of peers and to work on interesting projects.
• Demonstrated ability to execute Pricing Analysis and Configuration
• Technically competent; able to supervise and inspire other team members.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Job Responsibilities:Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of the requirements process. Assist with the development of the organization’s requirements engineering policies, procedures and tools.
• Analyze existing IT process, identify problems and resolutions and write requirement specifications according to standard templates using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously and concisely.
• Participate in requirements prioritization.
• Participate in reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly and provide post-deployment support of changes.
• Manage requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status throughout the software development life cycle.
• Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools.
• Perform functional testing and coordinate and assist User Acceptance Testing to ensure developed solutions meet the business requirements in accordance with quality standards. Provide training/documentation on system changes.
• Performs other related duties as required or requested.
