A success mindset is an unselfish mindset!

A growth mindset is an unselfish mindset!

Why?

Simple:

Anyone who is obsessed about or even simply dedicated or committed to success and growth is someone who stretches themselves everyday at the expense of their own personal comfort.

If they are consistent in their efforts and dedicated to the cause (whatever the cause may be) they inevitably provide new job opportunities and new career pathways for others!

Without these people, the world would stagnate and suffer under the oppression and depression that comes from the selfish outlook of the anti growth and anti success brigade!...

The people who think that everything would be fine if we just relax and forget about growth and success.

Yes it is much easier to stay in our comfort zone (in the short term) but as we all know, growth does not happen inside the comfort zone!

The interesting thing about successful people is that they are dedicated to or even obsessed with constant personal growth and learning.

In all areas of their life…. Mindset, health, relationships, business, spirituality etc etc.

From this dedication flows the constant stream of new and fresh ideas and improvements which leads to new inventions, new services, new products and of course, new jobs!

And we all know, every great economy is built on jobs, jobs, jobs!

In this world of the “money economy” we all need to be gainfully employed. We all need a job. Plain and simple.

Without a job, we have no income and without an income it is very difficult, if not impossible, to improve our circumstances (every human is hard wired to thrive and flourish when their life is improving) and to adequately care for our families.

Without a job we cannot possible improve our wellbeing or that of those around us.

The more people we have who are obsessed about success, (not just at PGNZ but all around the world), the more jobs we have, means all the more money and resource for charitable giving and helping those in real need.

All this may sound very obvious but unfortunately the sad thing is, if you ask 100 people what they think about success and growth, generally only 2 or 3 will give you the answer you want to hear!

What does this tell us?

I think it is clear that our society is geared and conditioned to reward mediocrity, average thinking and average results and that anyone who is successful is somehow more lucky than the 99%.

This of course is utter nonsense and we are all responsible to help change this small minded way of thinking and acting.

A great saying at PGNZ is this: The harder I work, the luckier I get!

Challenge yourself today: Are you a pro success, pro growth person who is working hard to improve their circumstances and that of those around you?

Or are you part of the anti success brigade? The small minded and selfish class.

Make up your mind today to win, to be unselfish enough to be dedicated to hard work and success! All power to you!

As soon as you commit to this pathway you will see the world in a whole new light! Doors will open for you! New opportunities will come your way!
