If there’s one constant in a fast-changing business environment, it’s that we need to stay innovative and nimble if we want to achieve the best business outcomes. The way to do this is to make sure everyone involved is working toward a common goal. This is especially true when it comes to alignment between IT and ‘the Business’. 

In this video, I’ve outlined some of the ways to achieve optimal IT and business alignment and effectively drive a closer partnership between your IT and Business groups.
