If you want RESULTS in your BUSINESS.
Stop FUCKING around with shiny shit.
For SO LONG in my business, I was over-complicating it.
Buying into all the GIMMICKS we’re told we NEED to succeed.
Maybe you can RELATE?
I imagine if you’re anything like how I was.
My whole focus was to create a business that allowed me to ENJOY my life.
I was a new father and wanted to make sure I was REALLY there for my daughter as she grew up.
But I got so caught up in it.
Lost you could say.
Which led me to SACRIFICING my LIFE to make money.
Something I realised and what I want you to consider is that CONSISTENT application of FUNDAMENTALS will produce the RESULTS you DESIRE.
And working with FEWER clients in HIGH-VALUE relationships will allow you to build a business that gives you freedom of TIME, MONEY & PURPOSE.
So let’s dive in.
1. Have A Product You BELIEVE In.
This is THE MOST important part of a SIMPLE BUSINESS in my own experience and comes from TRULY understanding your audience at a core level.
I firmly believe in ONLY working in HIGH-VALUE relationships with my clients.
Intimate, custom work that DELIVERS them RESULTS quickly.
Also, I have found that people who pay more typically get better results.
But first, I think it’s VITAL that your product is for people you ACTUALLY FUCKING want to hang around with.
Not just anyone with a credit card.
Something that DRASTICALLY shifted my ENERGY in my own business was figuring out my ONE PERSON.
And BECOMING committed to a VISION that was bigger than just making money.
If you want to CREATE a simple business.
It starts with working with PEOPLE who GIVE you ENERGY.
NOT drain it.
So who is the ONE person you want to serve and ultimately hang around with?
Then, figure out the ONE PROBLEM you can help this person SOLVE better than anyone else.
From there CREATE a PREMIUM EXPERIENCE that delivers the HIGHEST probability in that ONE person SHIFTING from their current PRISON to their DESIRED PARADISE.
If you follow this initial framework.
Your business will become so much more SIMPLE and ENJOYABLE.
Which then moves us on to MARKETING.
2. Market It
Marketing is a PROCESS, NOT a Facebook Ad (or insert tactic de jour)
And a SIMPLE one at that when we break it down.
It’s a process of BUILDING DESIRE to a distinct OUTCOME.
In business, the END outcome is typically an INVESTMENT of some kind.
For example…
If you’re a COACH/CONSULTANT/TRAINER marketing is the PROCESS of bringing your audience/prospects to a STATE of DESIRING the RESULT your EXPERTISE provides NOT your PROGRAM.
And because you know WHO the ONE PERSON is and how the PROBLEM you solve affects their life...
...rather than giving out VAGUE messaging that leaves your bank account growing slower than watching dry paint get wet ;)
You can create more POWERFUL communication because you KNOW who you’re speaking to and their PAINS, FEARS, PROBLEMS & DESIRES.
And to do this all you need to do is the following...
Engage.
Generate interest and conversations with your PERFECT clients by putting out messaging that demonstrates you have the ability to shift them from their PRISON to their PARADISE.
Enlighten.
Show people a different way of being and give them the opportunity to shift their world view and self-view.
My favourite way to do this is by sharing a webinar/training.
And from there give people the opportunity to discuss this further with you.
Which takes us on to SELLING.
3. Sell It
I fucking LOVE the process of selling and when done correctly it has the POWER to change your client's lives while massively benefiting yours.
Selling is a way to show people a new REALITY.
And allows them to INVEST in THEMSELVES to break through and make that new REALITY their new NORMAL.
So
You want to have POWERFUL conversations with the RIGHT people that provide MASSIVE value and INVITES them to take the next step if they choose to.
Then once enrolled it's time to DELIVER.
4. Deliver It
This then moves us on to DELIVERY.
Now DELIVERY of your MAGIC can be a tricky one, and I’ll tell you why...
It’s common practice in the online world that you need to FOCUS on LEVERAGING and SCALING to create a “LIFESTYLE BUSINESS.”
Something that’s more “hands off” let’s say.
However, I found out early on in business that this was NOT something I aligned to for TWO main reasons.
1. I LIKE spending time with people and creating RELATIONSHIPS that matter.
2. Whenever I worked IN PERSON with my coaches, I got DRASTICALLY better results than when I bought a program.
And as an ENTREPRENEUR who can TRANSFORM lives, business, relationships, etc...
I’ll have you consider that it’s your DUTY to deliver your MAGIC in a way that has the HIGHEST probability for your client getting a RESULT.
Plus, it’s a lot EASIER to build a business based on your CLIENTS achievements rather than your own financial success.
So for me, I’ve found that working with a SELECT few HIGH-VALUE clients in an INTIMATE setting works best.
From there just simply SHOW UP and rinse and repeat this process.
If you get this and IMPLEMENT these fundamentals your business and life will become so fucking SIMPLE and more fun.
Think about it, how many ideal clients at 5k - 10k do you REALLY need to live your ideal lifestyle, whatever that is for you?
1 or 2 per week as front end sales?
