BUSINESS BY REFERRAL

I am a business coach with a focus on relational growth. 

I have been a Realtor for 12 years and for many of those years I was chasing deals, transactions, leads and whatever the next big thing in real estate was on a very large team. That team became the number one team in Ohio which ultimately became more important than everything else. With all that success, I was missing passion and it just stopped appealing to me. I wanted success beyond the numbers or a silly ranking that has no bearing on serving a client...I wanted to build a business based on relationships.

What I have come to understand through coaching is that I love helping people achieve their goals whether it be home ownership or their full business potential. I don't care for transactional business that puts more emphasis on numbers than the people we serve. This isn't industry specific...if you measure success based solely on numbers, I don't think you have a sustainable plan. Success is based on personal satisfaction while achieving specific goals.

I have an understanding of helping entrepreneurs find awareness around their "why" and guiding them to fulfill their potential. I served for 20 years in the military both on active duty and in reserve status, deploying in ground combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. I also served the Cleveland Fire Department during much of that same period and resigned as a Lieutenant after 17 years so that I could focus on family and business.

I believe in servitude leadership...I have lived in that atmosphere for most of my adult life and it means the world to me. I have worn many hats and juggled being a husband and father of three while being a firefighter, a member of the Armed Forces, a Realtor and coach. I now have found my own #NetLife and balance with my family and real estate sales and coaching. I no longer burn candles at both ends and I don't have to be a part of the rat race. I learned how to choose the most important things in my life and focus on them.
