Business Planning For Loan Officers Pt. 9 - ??Celebrating Successes!??

????This is part 9 and the FINAL episode of my series Business Planning for Loan Officers! This episode talks about CELEBRATING SUCCESSES! 

Let’s say you have a yearly goal to achieve $20m, which requires you to hit 15 loans per week. When the week ends, and you’re on track, you should stop and do something for having achieved goal! Say at the end of the first quarter you have already reached $6m. This is a great success and you should definitely celebrate! 

You could celebrate with a steak dinner, a vacation, taking everyone in the manufacturing process to lunch, etc. 

All I ask is for you to stop and execute on celebrating your successes!
