Instead, he’s focused on maintaining the balance he’s achieved between work and life. “I don’t want to lose that connection to people, to the work that I believe in, and to what makes me happy,” he says. “At the end of the day, it’s about creating a life you love, with a business that helps you get there.”

Whether it’s his love for art, cooking, or exploring spirituality, Dino believes that a balanced life leads to a more fulfilling business.
