I was taking down the ceiling light fixture to clean it.

Only one out of the four lights in our kitchen light were bright.

We didn’t realize it.

It looked bright enough for us to eat dinner every evening in that light.

It’s easy to change out a bulb but not so easy to regain a lost client.

Check-in with your clients before they check out and leave you.
