Business Opportunity – Expression of interest for SCS Online Self-Assessment Tool

As part of the continued development of its Supply Chain Solutions?Framework (#SCS) and associated toolset, ADS, on behalf of its industry stakeholders, ?are looking for partners to help them automate and digitise elements of the #SC21 Toolset.

Initial Scope of Intention to Tender

This ITT is concerned with the first phase of that development: -

·???????The creation of a digital version of the MT01 Baseline Assessment Tool for Industry Participants.

The Baseline Assessment acts as maturity assessment and is intended to be used either as an initial self-assessment by a participant or as a Practitioner led assessment. ?It will provide an initial holistic snapshot of the maturity benchmark of an organisation against 9 Competitive elements :-?Organization & Leadership, Commercial, Planning, Digitalization, Sustainability, Innovation, Quality, Lean Operations, Supply Chain

We will also highlight areas of potential opportunity and key strengths

It is envisaged subsequent to its successful deployment other tools and functions within the SCS Framework will be considered for automation/digitising.

ADS are therefore seeking high calibre, cost effective providers to deliver a secure robust solution ?so that additional digital developments may be addressed in subsequent ITTs with the successful bidder.

Market

This opportunity will cover Aerospace, Defence, Space and Security Sectors and be open to any company across but not limited to those sectors.

ADS alone has a current membership of 1200; and it is envisaged that over 300 participating companies will engage with the programme over a 3-year period.

Initial “proof of concept” pilot have been conducted in Aerospace and Defence, and it is anticipated the first tranche of participants with commence in quarter 2 2023.

The?initial closing date for this expression of interest phase will be 17th Feb 2023.

It is planned to award the initial tender by March 2032.
