Business model gamification is the new normal. Have you gamified it yet?

Today, I am sharing my passion, my real passion, #gamification.

But what is gamification at the first place?

Gamification is the implementation of game design elements in non-game contexts. Can you imagine that gamification is an innovative method for change management and growth development in many business and non-business sectors stating by human resources management including talent management and training, . Do you know that gamification is trusted by well known businesses like Microsoft and Pfizer?

so, here are some points in brief why I am passionate about gamification based development:

1- people come first:

Games have been in organizational training for decades but gamification is an innovative method aiming to maximize people engagement and loyalty either such people are employees, investors, business partners and even customers. so, gamification prioritize the human beings experience bringing more attention to people satisfaction.

2- Positive challenge vs people motivation:

Wherever gamification is, there is always a challenge with rewarding system. rewarding concepts are crucial to motivate people, raising their interests based on their needs. so, customized rewards are a great motive for people to get engaged and win by the end. how to win? it is an active process when you need to participate with innovation and positive social impacts.

3- The art of storytelling vs people engagement:

Wherever gamification is, there is always a simple and easily understandable story building a world where people feel interested to belong to then to be loyal to then to be a part of its development then to develop innovative ideas for growth. Storytelling is evolving worldwide but along side with gamification, people engagement and satisfaction is guaranteed.

4- Win-win situation:

Wherever gamification is, everyone win the same game unlike the classic gaming concept where there is only one winner. maybe 3 top winners with uncountable losers. no one loses with gamification.

5- How, when and where gamification is applied? and from where can I START?

Being a gamification corporate trainer, I will be sharing my experience about #gamification based solutions on weekly basis with best practices, trends and success stories.
