Mindset is not about affirmations or blocking negative thoughts. While it is true that repetitive thought creates belief systems it is not necessarily what changes them. Your subconscious stores all the meaning you’ve placed on experience since (6 months invetro) birth which in turn created all your beliefs. It's your conditioning of the world around you and how you interact with it. It's survival. When you have strong beliefs embedded in your subconscious they are dominant and controlling 90-95% of your actions. Incredible isn’t it?


Now Imagine you want to change course, with only 5-10% control of your mental power to redirect those actions…

Guess which one wins?

You may use affirmations, or attempt to implement new habits to create that behavioral change but you are dependent upon willpower. New neuropathways are needed to change the outcome. Willpower is not something that works for most people because it wanes. It also has a slingshot effect. When you don't achieve the result you want and repeat the old patteern, you feel worse.

Your deepest thoughts and beliefs are dominant and take control. Its called the amygdala highjack. Those original meanings you placed on the experience tell you what you want to change isn’t true, triggers fear responses, and ultimately don't align with your survival.

This is Cognitive Dissonance. When one belief contradicts the deeper more powerful belief it will always be dismissed.




This is why someone can say they don't believe dinosaurs existed when the bones are in front of them. Those deeper beliefs will limit what gets into your subconscious belief programs to actually make the change. Those deeper beliefs will take you back into the meanings you’ve placed on experiences from childhood and show you all the ways its been proven throughout your life.

This is much more compelling than a new affirmation that shows nothing to support it.

The mind as we know it has one job - to keep you safe. Survival. The beta state. For those of you that know Alpha state, you'll know beta is the slow slog of reprogramming any change.

All life exists because of this built-in system. It is how we’ve evolved. Yet, for most, this system is still the one driving blindly. As society has evolved this system has stayed silent in the background ruling your life. There is little you actually control until you understand and become aware of this system, what it's holding onto, and retrain it so it work with you instead of through its own untrained merit.

On average we have up?to 60,000 thoughts a day, 95% are repetitive and 80-% are negative. Those negative thoughts “keep you safe”.?Those negative thoughts are your survival system that must have similar, familiar (lovingly known as comfort zones) experiences so it can predict the outcome based on previous life experiences to keep you safe and protected. This is why comfort zones are difficult to get out of and why change is an uphill battle. It's real!

Now, this all sounds like it’s a lot of work to bring about changes - so why try?


Life truly begins when you discover this system and how to direct it. When you discover how to use this tool, yes, it is a great guidance system once learned, where you are able to wield your own immense power. Oh the power you have once this is unleashed... whoa!


Within this guidance system, negative thoughts are there for reasons. These thoughts gift you major insight into what beliefs lie beneath. Shutting down negative thoughts is like ignoring what caused them to begin with.?Thoughts are always rationalizing emotions - ALWAYS. This is why we have so many thoughts. We are always feeling our way through life. These feelings feel good or feel bad. We are drawn to something or we want to avoid something. All emotionally driven.

Business is this way. More than 90% of decisions are linked to emotional beliefs.


We are quite simple beings when it's broken down yet the system within is not that simple. It is extremely powerful and will always want to control your actions to keep you alive. It wants to keep you safe?by whatever means necessary. Safety does not equate to happiness, success, abundance, or living what you want. Learning this and how to take your power into your own control gives you?freedom so few have.?


You have total freedom to:?

  • Get what you truly want, nothing is out of reach (do you believe this yet?)
  • Have a thriving business
  • A happy, deeply connected, excellent communicating family
  • Powerful and fulfilling relationships
  • Release ANY limits (change the meaning change the proof and belief)
  • Feel happy and full of joy (this is your natural state and why it feels so wrong when you are outside of this feeling)
  • Clear repetitive thoughts
  • Experience life through love, not low-grade emotional attachments?
  • Feel energy every day
  • Feel unlimited love
  • Attract the love of your life
  • Quiet the incessant chatter of the mind
  • Receive respect as it is an automatic outcome
  • Feel your connection to all things

?

Now I know you want to feel these things. And you may be thinking but I don’t know how or this sounds like a bunch of woo woo. You might be thinking - BUT… there is so much going on. You don’t understand…?


I do understand. The outside world of proof is always showing you what you believe. To change what you experience requires your willingness to take a leap for YOU. It's scary because it's unknown. Unfamiliar.


The truth is your thoughts govern what your life is manifesting. Those beliefs drive your actions and you don’t control those actions. It takes some training and reprogramming to impart the changes you want to experience. Then… skies the limit. You can and will choose how you experience life.


Without taking action, the first step, your life will continue to be very similar to what you experience now. So ask yourself,?


‘If I change nothing, continuing as I am right now, what will my life be like in 5 years, 10 years?’ Then the ultimate question... "When I look back on my life will I have owned it or will I regret it?"
