Business Lessons from a 16-year-old

I posted on here earlier this week discussing the importance of looking to other successful people for mentorship, and also strategies for success.

As the world becomes more and more accessible to business minded individuals of all ages through access to the internet, we have been forced to expand our traditional view of what a "Successful Entrepreneur" looks like.

I just the other night stumbled across this "Business Insider" interview spotlight of 16-year-old, Benjamin "Kickz" who is doing big things in the "Shoe-head" industry at a very young age. Not only does he have the "hustle mentality", but is also using social media, and his network to further his brand and reach.

Regardless of age, we can all learn thing of two from the kid out earning most grown adults with college degrees and "expertise". Take it from "Kickz" own words:

Everyone like, always looked at me like, 'Oh he's... He can't be a sneaker plug, like, he's young.' Definitely you just gotta follow your dream, like, whatever you like to do, that's what you got to do, and you're gonna be successful in it.

Enjoy, and let me know your thoughts.
