When I asked them, why you are not able to become CEO? what is missing? 

Most of them said:

? I am ready, noting is missing

? Could not get the opportunity, I am just waiting and trying.

? I am qualified from best management institute in India and Abroad

? I have enough management experience in branded companies.

When I asked them, have you ever thought preparing any plan in your current company explaining “how business can grow to the next level with enhanced profitability”?

The answer was – no
