To market The Ablecoatser to the public we want to use a variety of marketing tactics and channels. We are using our Instagram and TikTok as a free source of advertising our product by displaying its function and versatility. In the near future, we are looking into paying for TikTok/Instagram ads, as we found out that we can reach a lot of people and still have a good conversion rate. Another way that we are looking to advertise is with an email list that all customers can sign up for. We plan on collaborating with sports teams at Naperville North like boys lacrosse and girls soccer as another distribution channel. We can print any image/number on any of our coasters, perfect for team orders!
Our team has looked into licensing our product to the public, as we all plan to move on and head to college. We went through three prototype stages before we settled on our final iteration. With our patent and trademark pending we have IP that could be licensed to any interested buyer. We could reach out to some of our competitors like Barnacle Coasters or Custom Coasters Now to potentially license our product, to keep The Ablecoaster running and available to the public.
