During our MVP build time our group got to work with a new Pong inspired game combining corn hole and pong into a smaller and more effective game. We had taken many Home Depot trips but after lots of discussion used different wood crafting tools to create a 16 x 16 mini corn hole game with 6 holes drilled into a pyramid shape with diameter of 3 inches. Some of the things our group has done very well on was cancelling the past project and turning around quickly for our new idea and grinding it out. One thing I think I would do differently if I could go back in time is minimize the amount of time we spent procrastinating on our idea and just pulling the trigger on an idea faster. With this being said, now we have a functional prototype to hand out to early adopters to try it out and some data we are looking for to validate our product is feedback from customers. We are hoping to get good feedback from players but people also give suggestions to make our product even better. We will also validate it through trying to get sales in so we can get a little money for the business. On top of that, the way we plan on convincing investors will have a viable business opportunity is by making actual sales and the attempt at secondary revenue streams with preorders.
