1) New 'digital hub' for Norwich to open in spring 2025
Norwich City Council has reportedly confirmed that the refurbishment of Townshend House, previously ITV's regional HQ, is nearing completion. The scheme aims to provide new offices for tech start-ups, with business space for up to 25 companies, which could attract 200 jobs to the city.
