2) £100m of science funding to help companies on Norwich Research Park
Good news for start-ups, spin-outs or scale-ups on Norwich Research Park that are focused on tackling climate change and biodiversity loss. They can now apply for specialist funding from the Gaia Sciences Innovation partnership to help them develop and commercialise their propositions. Launched by climate and impact investor Greensphere Capital, the partnership has already raised £75m to invest in bioscience and environmental science innovators. 3) Find out how the Business & IP Centre, Norfolk, can help your business
The British Library Business & IP Centre (BIPC) operates through the national library network. They offer free and low-cost support for sole traders, startup, inventors and anyone with a business idea. It includes 1-to-1 advice, workshops, networking and help protecting your business ideas. In Norfolk, you'll find them at The Millennium Library in The Forum and in some of our market towns. 9) International fintech firm VeriPark opens new office in Cambridge
VeriPark, a global provider of digital transformation solutions for financial services companies, has opened a new office on the Cambridge Science Park. The firm's Customer Engagement, Omni-Channel Delivery, Branch Automation, and Loan Origination products are built on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
