Running a business does not really mean that you can be the master of all the things, I mean you can be good at most things but I would argue that mastering all of it is difficult.

Let’s start with our business finances. Really good at running numbers, not as good at entering your receipts into QBO. Really good at making reels, really terrible at closing sales. Really good at performing annual performance reviews, really terrible at writing down all the steps you complete during a purchase.?

The faster you realize your strengths and weaknesses, the easier it becomes to start hiring or outsourcing. The more you understand your profit centers and what truly drives growth in your business the more you get accomplished.?

I had a client who realized they were actually terrible at the finance section of their business and as a result the business was suffering! They didn’t have clarity to their fixed vs variable costs and they hadn’t taken the time to forecast out what their sales numbers were.?
