Here at Business First Burnley we welcome a wide variety of successful businesses. We understand not all are set up and run as corporate companies which is why we don’t offer ‘office’ space – we just offer ‘space’ in general.

Our tenants aren’t just traditional office based businesses. They vary from a cafe to a nail bar, a crèche to a laser clinic and a beauty salon to a psychotherapy playroom.

We provide blank canvases from 250Sq.ft to 1500Sq.ft and once a lease is signed, the space is yours to use and design as you wish.
