Business Fees Increasing (No GOOD Reason)

There is a lot of hype, and you should let that vomitus shoot right on by you. Don't believe the rhetoric.

Inflation, war, cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria... NONE of it affects your rate. Your rate may go up. People may say these things made your rate go up. They did not.

In real estate, there are percentages that go to different people. The main ones are taken out of the seller's gross and split between the listing agent (the realtor who put the house on the market for the seller), and the selling agent (the realtor who brought the buyer to their home). This percentage does not change due to the price of the house.

Let me repeat that. The percentage doesn't change due to the price the house sold for. $10 or $10,000,000 the percentages are built in.

The ONLY reason percentages change is the system is designed to INCREASE. You are designed not to notice. The system is designed to get rich off you with every day. We say, "If you've had your account for a year, you're overpaying. If you have Stripe, Square, or PayPal and you have daily transactions, you've overpaid since Day One."

The best thing for this is education. That and an agent that?helps you watch?your account. They actually exist. I know, because my company is one that does it.
