Business ethics reconciliation

Business ethics reconciliation

Do you choose to trust your team and leadership without offering a fair ethical challenge?

In 2021 the European Union will have implemented the #whistleblower protection directive with its member states. The Netherlands first initiated such law in 2014(?).

  • Do you believe such directive help internal corporate ethical debate?
  • Did you ever have a delinquent friend you would desperately like to help? What would you wish you had done or do you want to prepare yourself in case it happens?
  • This post is actually calling for comments to manage #reconciliation between past business ethics #convenientsilence with future #ethicalgrowth.
  • I have the intent to start-up #EngEthics as a mediation agency supporting corporation to clarify "ter1" internal ethics conversation. Within just a few days employees who may raise a dilemma should feel clear safe work place comfort within their work team to avoid escalation and if it wasn't satisfying enough EngEthics "ter2" external expert mediator under combined funding can help mitigation or support initiating "ter3" protection for the whistleblower whom in fact is calling for a wider society ethical arbitration.

NB: Some cases a whistleblower may decide to come forward directly calling "tier3" protection against retaliation under historical risk to commit to #careerlimitation, #careersuicide.

  • Is there any leadership ready to commit high ethics to welcome an ex-whistleblower who just recovered from loosing trust in his previous leadership

Reading suggestion:

#ethics, #shell, #friends, #society, #arbitration, #doddfrank, #sox
