Business Engagement Manager (Zurich, Switzerland)

Gravity Global AG is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Engagement Manager to join our team in Zurich as soon as possible. The Business Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success by managing their onboarding, training, and ongoing support for our GRAVITY platform. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives and will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. The goal of the Business Engagement Manager is to ensure customer retention and the growth of our existing customer relationships.?

Responsibilities?

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with the GRAVITY platform??

  • Develop and deliver customized training programs to customers, both in-person and remotely?
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed??
  • Monitor product adoption trends and KPIs in close cooperation with the Development Manager, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI for a list of strategic accounts?
  • Identify future growth opportunities, ideating around a growth roadmap with customers.?
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision makers on the customer’s side and educate them on the value of the end to end solution.?

  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with Executive Sponsors and key decision-makers.?
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as an advocate for their needs and objectives??
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement with the GRAVITY platform, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell?
  • Be the subject matter expert on capacities, pricing, solutions, RFPs and final negotiations, to ensure deals meet both revenue and margin targets.?
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share insights with customers to help them achieve their goals??

  • Continue to build and manage the GRAVITY Author Group community?
  • Shape and own the Customer Business Engagement Manager Function at Gravity Global AG?

Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field??
  • 3+ years working in bigger corporations preferably in IT technology environment??

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment??
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers??
  • Good German and English language skills?
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively??
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations??

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team, with strong project management skills?
