Job Location: China, Singapore, Hungary

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for customer development and maintenance.
• Provide comprehensive HR outsourcing solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain, consolidate, and enhance relationships with customers, and explore or expand their outsourcing requirements.
• Be fully responsible for business negotiations, customer visits, follow-ups, contract negotiations, and maintenance.
• Collect and feedback customer comments and suggestions, and coordinate internal and external resources to improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer payments and assess collection risks.
• Independently complete the modification and arrangement of customer service programs according to customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with people.
• Experience or resources in the automotive, aerospace, IT, automotive new energy, electronics, or other high-tech industries is a plus.
• English is required as the working language, with proficiency in English communication.

资格要求：

• 本科及以上学历。
• 良好的人际交往能力，能够与不同背景的人轻松互动。
• 有汽车行业、航空航天、IT、汽车新能源、电子或其他高科技行业经验或资源者优先。
• 英语为工作语言，必须具备良好的英语沟通能力。
