- Identify and establish relationships with end users to expand market reach and enhance collaboration for large-scale enterprise projects.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive growth in the enterprise networking sector, with a focus on the Education/Healthcare end users.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned segment companies, offering tailored surveillance security solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare and education sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, managed services, and marketing, to design and propose customized networking solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with system integrator (SI) and distribution partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
- Engage directly with end users and built strong working relationship with companies from assigned sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships and managed service agreements.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development and managed services teams to ensure offerings align with market demands.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s solutions and expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting both networking and managed service capabilities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development activities.
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the enterprise networking industry and at least 3 years within surveillance security solutions, with a strong focus on the assigned segment.
- Proven track record of success in selling cctv solutions to SMB enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including Wi-Fi systems, network infrastructure, managed services, and related solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Established relationships with system integrator and distribution partners, as well as the ability to effectively work with end users to influence decisions and pass leads back to partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
