Business Development Expert (Poland)

Position Summary:

As a Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for expanding our client's market presence in Poland. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local chefs, distributors, resellers, food stores, cosmetics, natural and beauty products retailers, health food stores, speciality markets, and eco-friendly production partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, identifying new opportunities, and positioning our client as a trusted partner in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the food, cosmetics, or natural products industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare applications, culinary trends, and eco-friendly practices.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ps: this role is a high commission-based position and you will be recruited as an independent contractor. If you are not based in Poland, please know that you will move to Poland (especially if you are currently outside the EU) to perform this contract as the client wants you to be on the ground in Poland.
