There are lots of legal requirements in this aspect, some of them include; trading license, bank account opening, employment visas for the workers, and many more others.

Some of the responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze current market conditions for clients.
2. Design and develop products, services, and tools for client companies.
3. Initiate plans for client companies to achieve profits and reduce losses.
4. Create and update client profiles.
5. Manage time management and team building.
6. Initiate strategies for small, medium, and large companies to make steady profits.
7. Monitor, review and analyze strategies in marketing, sales, advertising, and other fields of operations.
8. Develop and prepare presentations for prospective clients.
9. Follow up regular meetings with both active and prospective clients.
10. Initiate plans for client companies to achieve profits and reduce losses.
11. Develop new prospects through referrals, networking, online research, and outbound calls.
12. Perform market research to identify prospective clients.
13. Guide the business development associates to increase the sales and revenue of the company.
14. Build a strong working relationship with customers to increase potential business opportunities.
