Business culture is related to?behavior, ethics, etiquette,?and more. A business culture will encompass an organization’s values, visions, working style, and habits.
What are your organization's values? Maybe they include the following:
-Inclusion
-Accountability
-Innovation
-Passion
-Honesty
Strong values really impact the business culture in many ways that allow each employee to truly invest in their company especially when their values align with their personal values.
The vision for companies is important for giving employees a higher purpose for work. It has the power to establish companies as a brand, attract top talent and make sure everyone’s not only aspiring to the same overarching goals but also feeling the success of reaching them. ( For example- To become the worldwide leader in retailing. {Walmart's vision}).
Working style is the way that you go about your day-to-day tasks on the job.
?? Logical
?? Detail oriented
?? Supportive
?? Idea-oriented
?? Independent

How does Business Culture impact you? Well, you should always learn what is the Business Culture of any company prior to becoming an employee. Look for what is important to your company by viewing their website, and when possible speaking to current and past employees. Determine what is the reputation of the company so you can make an informed decision. Do your homework, before you become an employee. If the values, vision, working style, and habits do not align the odds are the company will not be a good fit for you.
When your technical skills align with the right Business Culture then success will generally follow. Many companies are pivoting to keep up with the global economy and business environments so that they are leaders in their industry. You too can be a leader as you truly understand the Business Culture and what is important to you as you grow in your career.

Interview impact-
(Strategy?#5)
Plan What You’re Going to Wear
First impressions are the most important in job interviews. That's true whether you're interviewing in person or on Zoom. If you’re not sure what to wear, ask ahead of time about the?workplace dress code. The safe bet is to dress professionally, paying attention to grooming, soothing colors, and tasteful accessories.
If you’re actively seeking employment, have a couple of interview outfits ready. That will help avoid the stress of figuring out what you’re going to wear at the last minute.
