The objectives and principles are the same. Musicians are some of the most creative people on the planet. No boundaries, no fear of failure and no fear. In the 21st Century, a musician or band is a business more than ever. You have people like Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden, who as one of rock musicians renaissance men has reinvented himself as an entrepreneur, commercial pilot, innovator and brew-master. You add one letter to the word band and you get b(r)and, and Iron Maiden have proved to be one of the successful music brands on the planet

Then there is Corey Taylor of Slipknot. A man who knows more about triumph over adversity than most of us reading this, dragging himself from the darkest places a man can be, to one of the front man of one of the biggest rock bands in the world, Slipknot, and also driving himself on to front the bank Stone Sour at the same time. Individuals and corporate audiences cannot fail to be inspired by this man's tenacity and perseverance.

While his band mate, and co-founder of Slipknot, Shawn (Clown) Crahan has the artistic creativity to not only be a rock legend behind the drums, but also to become a movie Director and photographer, and is the business brains behind the image that is Slipknot.

Fellow metal man Scott Ian, founder of Anthrax and one of the inventors of a whole new genre of music, Thrash Metal, can inspire people with his story of growing up in Queens, NY and paving his way to the top after starting with nothing, and all the ups and downs with Anthrax of which there were many. But perseverance and being true to yourself conquered all, as it always does, and now Anthrax are an institution

Then there is Pop Idol Will Young. Will speaks on mindfulness, wellbeing, conflict resolution, anxiety, trauma, the importance of finding your voice and shame. In his latest book To Be a Gay Man, which came out September 2020, Will Young speaks out about gay shame, revealing the impact it had on his own life, how he learned to deal with it, and how he can now truthfully say he is gay and happy.
