The Business Creative seals plans for future growth with appointment of Anthony Shepherd (Shep) as Director of Creative Strategy & Innovation

Producer of innovative, immersive experiences, The Business Creative has today announced the appointment of Anthony Shepherd ( Shep . ) to join its senior leadership team. Joining founders of the business, Ben O'Hara and Jane Maguire Goble , Shepherd brings significant experience in creative development, strategic planning, and experience design.?

The Business Creative has seen a steady growth path since its inception in 2010, working with clients including Hilton, JCB, Merlin, Ferrari World, National Museums Liverpool, Yas Waterworld, TUI, Chester Zoo, Motiongate.

Recognised by clients and industry colleagues for its innovative approach to immersive experiences, O’Hara and Maguire have plans to accelerate The Business Creative’s growth.

Former Director of Creative and Business Development for The Experience Department, ted, Shep is known as a catalyst for creative and commercial growth for agency clients, always ensuring research and?development are informing?new ideas.??

Over the past twenty years he has led the design and development of several major entertainment brand propositions, spending time in Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and US.? With experience spanning theatre, theme parks, resorts, cruise, broadcasting, Shep has a particular passion for developing character propositions and interactive technologies.

In addition?to crafting creative strategies across a range of projects, Shep?will play a leading role in consulting with clients of The Business Creative,?helping define propositions and design guest experience campaigns.??
