Imagine...

Imagine your business (or career) is a mirror...

Forever reflecting your inner stories.

Imagine that circumstances and results simply reflect where you dwell in the mind.

Reflections of what you're giving awareness to.

Imagine also that all you do and the results that follow are also reflections.

Reflections of your beliefs, assumptions and stories.

And imagine they're all reflecting for your benefit.

Reflecting to support you to become more aware of your...

‘it is', 'this is', ‘we are’, ‘they are’, ‘time is’, ‘money is' and ‘I AM...’ stories.

More aware of the unbroken connection between our inner world and our outer world.

More aware of the stories that serve what you currently desire to experience and the stories that don't...

And of the futility of trying to change the mirror to change what its reflecting.

More aware that no amount of doing can outperform or out-experience who and what we're assuming, believing and identifying with.

More aware that capability, action and effort aren't responsible for our results...

We may get plenty of stuff done but it's the energy behind what we do that dictates results.

It's how we filter the one source energy of pure awareness that leads us and our results.

Filtering with our assumptions, beliefs and expectations.

Imagine if circumstances and results are reflecting to help us become more aware of our conscious and subconscious narratives.

The narratives we have (and feel) about...

Money, time, sales, people, tasks, ourself, the market, the world, etc.

And about...

How easy or difficult or complicated or simple or fun or otherwise "it is" to do or to achieve X,Y,Z.

And imagine this...

Imagine if - regardless of the past and regardless of your current circumstances...

You are 100% free at all times to choose a brand new narrative about anything or anyone or yourself?

A narrative aligned with what you'd love to now experience.

And to then experience your new narrative being pushed out and reflected in the mirror.

If only it was this simple, wouldn’t it be great?

Because then we could simply look out at our business and experiences and immediately become aware of our self in the mirror.

Seeing that it's our stories that are on display.

Not necessarily in ways that are immediately obvious but which are obvious when we're willing to look.

And then, instead of believing things 'out there' are independent of our underlying beliefs, assumptions and expectations...

And instead of reacting to circumstances or people or believing we have a load of problems to deal with or overcome or continuing to stick to a familiar narrative...

(and to then have this continuing to play out in our experience)…

We could simply remember...

Remember our business - as with everything - is a projection and a reflection.

Projecting and reflecting our awareness for our benefit.

And that all we ever need do to change what it's reflecting is stop reacting to our own reflection.

And drop the old narratives.

The ones that keep leading the experiences of what we don’t want.

And choose new narratives that then lead the experiences of what we do.

Because this is how simple it is.

Yet paradoxically, we can't experience the simplicity if we choose to stay tied to narratives about it being complicated or hard!

Just as we can't experience having plenty of time and money if we're aware of the lack of them.

What's true is that none of our narratives are true in and of themselves.

Not a single one.

But they do play out as our experience and keep us tied to corresponding experiences because of what's true.

Because that's the mind's job!

To provide us with the evidence of how we're conditioning and filtering awareness in the mind. To show us who we're aware of being.

Imagine if it really is this simple?

Imagine if we could simply drop our narratives about what we need to fix or improve or sort or resolve or would like to be different.

And focus our awareness on and from what we’d Love to now experience.

Knowing we'd then be moved to have corresponding experiences.

Knowing this is how the mind works.

Knowing that 'out there' is an unfolding of 'in here'.

Wouldn’t it be amazing?

It is.

Whether we realise how amazing by looking in the 'mirror'..

And use our direct experience to become more aware of our self and what we are or have been consciously or unconsciously giving our awareness to...

Or whether we study the science and physics...

They point us to the same conclusions.

Our business doesn't reflect what we know or do or how hard we work.

It reflects who we're aware of being and what we're being aware of.

Not intellectually but at an embodied level.

The challenge we have is we're not taught this.

We grow up on Newtonian physics and the belief in separation.

So we get caught in the loop of strategising and taking action to change the effects in a bid to change the cause of them.

Or believe we need to improve ourself to get the results we want.

Not realising it's as simple as changing our assumptions and what we're giving our awareness to.

Because, whether we accept the truth or not, business is never independent of our inner world.

It’s as we are and as our stories and assumptions are.

Whilst very much appearing to be otherwise.

And shifting our entire experience is as simple as:

1. Recognising our reflections in the mirror.

2. Forgiving ourself (and others) for any of the sh*t we've created when we didn't know it was all us.

3. Being willing to take 100% responsibility.

4. Connecting with a vision of what we'd really Love.

5. Surrendering to our vision and to corresponding narratives.

6. Leaving the mirror alone to focus on the image we're putting in front of it.

Too simple?

We may be attached to it being more complicated (and therefore experiencing this) but we create our entire experience in relation to how we condition awareness in the mind...

We perceive with our senses what we're identifying with and we;'re free to change this at any time.

The more aware we are of this, the more we're consciously then able to experience a business and life we Love.
