The Data Gathering and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing project data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across various project activities. This role requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders to track progress, identify key metrics, and produce clear and actionable reports that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize project-related data from various sources.

- Work closely with project stakeholders to gather required data inputs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting processes.

- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into project progress, risks, and outcomes.

- Develop and maintain reporting templates and documentation for regular updates.

- Collaborate with project managers and teams to align data collection efforts with project milestones and goals.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data analysis.

- Ensure all reporting complies with established standards and project requirements.

?Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large amounts of data.

- Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and managing diverse data sources.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Time management and organizational skills to meet tight reporting deadlines.

- Previous experience in project management or data analysis is preferred.
