Coaching has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. As a young person, I had coaches for swimming, diving, gymnastics—you name it! I was even a swim coach myself in my early 20s. However, it took me a while to realize the game-changing impact a dedicated business coach could make in my professional life, despite being immersed in communities like YPO, EO, C200, and CEO Coaching International.?

But then I met Tracy Tolbert , and I realized I couldn’t believe I’ve lived without a coach all of these years in business.
