As a business owner during these uncertain times, having a proper plan should be at the top of your list. Your leadership skills will be needed to guide your company through the upcoming months successfully. In order to do that, you’ll require a solid plan that addresses multiple concerns:

·     Understand your cash flow- receivables, payables and doubtful accounts. Which of your accounts are struggling to pay?

·     Working capital- What will you need to carry you through this time?

·     Suppliers- Will your timelines be affected? Is there a product shortage? Is it possible to negotiate payment terms with your suppliers to ease cash flow?
