Mike, Amen to respect and dignity in the workplace and the responsibilities of leadership to role model these behaviors. You certainly make a comprehensive and profound business case. Given the onslaught of DEI attacks proliferating here in the US, I believe this foundational underpinning of respect and dignity is one of the best ways to highlight how such blatant and subtle anti-DEI actions undermine respect and dignity in the workplace, and thus the bottom line. Hopefully, more leaders will step up in defense and support of DEI initiatives and make these connections to respect and dignity.
