Business Case | Monitoring & Supporting

Our role as direct managers is to support and guide our people and subordinates. Whenever they need help, we are there to guide and lead.

If you are missing this part, please consider the coming steps.

You are there to check on their given assignments; you have already agreed on and put it in a Job Description. Now, you have to validate that assignments are done in the right and correct way. They know it all.

What if not, here comes your part. You have to develop them on how to do it. You have to instruct and guide them on how to excel the job.

By the very end, you are the one to gain the blame if you did not guide and support.
