Komoneed is a German start-up with global ambition and a strong conscience.

Founded in 2020, Komoneed is an online community built around a smart and easy to access information hub whose purpose is to help people in transforming their lifestyle for the better.

As an independent player, its main concern is to contribute with reliable, global and local, knowledge on sustainability from reputable and proven sources, avoiding falsehoods, deceptions, half-truths, or unfounded information.

At Allegro 234 we have been working with Komoneed since its genesis as an idea.

First Sip: Business Level

We worked together analysing trends and insights, mapping the competitive environment, defining the venture by service offered, key external audience, a differential know-how and its big idea, “The Bold Zeitgeist”.

We finally defined purpose, mission, and vision using our “Pokeball” framework. We linked these concepts to the brand positioning of this new company.

Second Sip: Branding Level

Conceptually, we began developing the positioning statement of the new venture considering functional benefits, and reasons to believe, as well as the expected results and an emotional benefit. We also defined the brand personality to assure a unique style, character and voice which would be and is being used by the company and its brand as a business platform which interact with all its stakeholders.

To give form and shape we create its verbal -name, byline, tagline, key messages- and visual expressions.

Third Sip: Activation Level

To activate the brand, we worked on three different areas:

  1. An activation plan itself -marketing and communication.
  2. A double-loop customer journey -we'll talk about this approach in an upcoming Coffee Break- Promise!
  3. A content plan -which was a specific development related to Komoneed's business.

Forth Sip: Interim Management

From March 2021, Allegro 234 has taken over the responsibility for managing the brand and marketing activities, as well as the production of content -articles, interviews, quizzes and research.

Komoneed website was chosen as the Best Design of September 2021 at the Divi Design Showcase.

Different pieces of communication are used to interact with a community that this month is close to three thousand people.

Komoneed is a new venture, founded by an entrepreneur. He recognised the importance of business-based branding and went for it.
