In business, we often set up clear contracts.
We plan for eventualities.
We cannot plan for them all.
Yet, why plan for them and then not stick to them?
Don't sign something you are not prepared to adhere to.

11 个月Can of worms. An "NDA" is not even worth the paper it's written upon if your counterpart doesn't value it. And it can be hard to impossible to proof the leak. Hard lesson learned myself. It's a trust thing. And I usually keep it with something I was taught handling claims and "discrepancies" back in IT in 1992-95 (pre-Internet travel IT). A contract of more than 20 pages hides something. Keep it short and simple. It may not be "waterproof", but even Titanic is proof that this is an overvalued word...
