Vanessa Oake Hogan and the team at Century 21 United Realty recently completed an extensive renovation of their building at 387 George Street. The project was triggered by a serious plumbing malfunction that flooded all three floors of the building, and resulted in a reconfiguration of the space, including the creation of drop-in private workspaces, multiple board rooms, client and agent lounge areas, and a fully accessible main floor. A coffee bar, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a new floor, paint, lighting, and art completed the work. Check it out at the Open House this Thursday (May 19) from 2 – 4.
