Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Enterprise Technology Project Management Office (ETPMO) is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst - Senior Specialist. This project position is a part of the WSDOT Information Technology Division (ITD) Enterprise Implementation Services team. Enterprise Implementation Services is responsible to specify, architect and manage the implementation of Enterprise-class Information Technology systems for all divisions of the agency.?This position serves as the agency’s highest-level expert in the discipline of IT business analysis within the ETPMO and provides IT business analysis support to all WSDOT’s transportation divisions and offices statewide. This position supports WSDOT ITD’s business customers by clarifying and documenting their business needs and processes on any assigned IT project, specifically high-risk, state-wide, agency-wide, and multi-agency projects. The IT Business Analyst Senior Specialist will provide planning, research, analysis, group facilitation, documentation and control of the Business Units’ IT product scope and requirements for IT projects by utilizing highly specialized skills in eliciting, facilitating, and managing scope and requirements, prior to and during IT projects. ?
