You will work closely with stakeholders to define and manage personas, ensuring effective role mapping and governance within the ?environment.

Support the development and implementation of role and persona management initiatives. Assist in defining and managing personas to improve operational efficiency. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states. Document processes, requirements, and recommendations clearly and concisely. Provide support in governance and compliance efforts related to role and persona management. ?

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on role and persona management. Proven experience in conducting role analysis and defining role requirements. Strong understanding of persona management and user role frameworks.
