Business Advice from a Marriage Counselor

Business Advice from a Marriage Counselor

As a licensed mental health counselor, I have helped CEOs of companies in the $2-20MM revenue range manage the mental pressure of growing businesses of this size.

I’ve also worked with veterans, mental health patients, and married couples.

In fact, I often find myself bringing my marriage counseling practice into my work with CEOs.

So many CEOs come to me with aspirations to continue to succeed in business, and almost all of them say, “... but I don’t want to get divorced.

Their marriages are often in trouble, and it pours into their businesses.

All relationships require communication, compromise, and investments of time.?

My time as a marriage counselor has taught me that the same goes for business.

You must find a way to communicate with current and prospective clients, stop being the only one in charge all the time, and establish yourself for the long haul.

A successful business or a thriving marriage? Good news: you can have both.

And I mean this with all respect and sincerity.

If you missed our blockbuster Masterclass earlier this week, there's still time to catch the replay!

Watch the replay here.

You really can have the best of both worlds.
