Amazon Business -I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent purchase I made on Amazon Business. I had ordered two items, and while both of them was delivered successfully, I have yet to receive the other items.I immediately contacted the customer care department to raise a complaint regarding the undelivered material. They assured me that the material would be delivered within two to three hours. However, it has now been two days and the material has still not been delivered.Considering the delay and inconvenience caused, I kindly request a refund for the undelivered item. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and process the refund as soon as possible.
