Chef Zhao Bo's culinary expertise, particularly in Chinese delicacies, will further elevate the restaurants’ Asian flavors throughout the festive week of Lunar New Year from 9 to 15 February 2024, alongside the resort’s talented Executive Chef, Riccardo Pinna.

In celebration of the New Year, the resort will be transformed into a vibrant haven adorned with captivating Chinese decorations, including colorful lanterns and beautifully decorated pathways, creating a festive ambiance that captures the spirit of the Year of The Wood Dragon. Sheraton Maldives guests can anticipate a unique beachfront Prosperity Buffet Dinner at Anchorage Beach on 9 February 2024, skillfully crafted by Chef Zhao Bo.

Furthermore, Chef Zhao Bo will curate an exclusive set menu available throughout the week at ChopstiX, the resort's Asian culinary haven. This offers guests an opportunity to savor the finest flavors of Asian cuisine in a distinctive and immersive setting. Guests are also spoiled with options of six specialty restaurants such as Seafood Italian, Caribbean, Indian, or Thai cuisine to cater to everyone’s palate.
