In a world increasingly marked by dramatic dissonance, hate, and toxic rhetoric, we find ourselves at a critical juncture. The political, economic, and familial landscapes are rife with polarized points of view, creating a blister of poison on the surface of human exchange.
This blister has formed through the toxic behaviors that arise when men and women do not make decisions together about how our world runs—in business, economic, societal, and familial home affairs. It's time to burst this blister and co-create a new blueprint for our world.
This blister has been building for over a century as the women's movement took an aggressive stand for women's rights at the turn of 1900s ...Today we still have imbalances across all scenarios - business, society, politics, family and intimacy.
Toxic rhetoric on every news channel and social media stream add to the caustic nature of our polarized lives.
The Blister needs Bursting ...with Care !! Can we do this, heal the wound and sooth the pain away without WW3?
The Historical Exclusion of Women
For far too long, women were never included when the blueprint for society was designed. Women were deemed to be only home and baby makers, excluded from decision-making processes that shaped our business, economic, and societal structures.
This exclusion has led to a world where toxic behaviors are deeply ingrained, and it's time for a fundamental change. The elimination of abuse on women and girls will lead to a safe space for young men to grow up as gentle providers not fear-mongering warriors!
Bursting the Blister: Co-Creating a New Blueprint
To address the systemic toxic behaviors and rhetoric that pervade our world, we must be prepared to co-create a totally different blueprint.
This new blueprint must not merely factor in families but also all aspects of society that need addressing—family support, healthcare for the disabled, elderly, and young and weave potential female talent that desires to be in business the opportunity to do so without penalty.
We are a whole human race, and it's time we stop letting only men and the 'male blueprint' run the shop. Integrating Facts and Feelings: Strategies for Good and Tactics for Prosperity
1. Acknowledge Historical Gaps: Recognize the historical exclusion of women from decision-making processes and the systemic barriers that persist today.
2. Promote Inclusive Decision-Making: Advocate for equal participation of women in all areas of decision-making, ensuring that both facts and feelings are considered. Here is our approach:
3. Support Work-Life Integration: Implement policies and practices that support work-life integration, allowing both men and women to contribute fully at work and at home.
4. Comprehensive Family Support: Develop comprehensive support systems for families, including childcare, eldercare, and healthcare for individuals with disabilities.
5. Champion Healthcare for All: Ensure that healthcare systems address the needs of all segments of society, including the elderly, disabled, and young.

P.S. Current Issues and Women in Power
As we navigate these complex times, it's inspiring to see the significant advances women are making in corporate leadership and politics. The upcoming USA election is particularly noteworthy, as it is whipping up huge female support for a woman candidate. There are two new appointed female Presidents in Mexico and Iceland this 2024. 26 Heads of State are female, out of 195 countries.
This highlights the growing recognition of the essential role women play in shaping our future. My research sheds light on the natural gifts of the female candidacy for high office and how a women-centric perspective varies from most men. We must ensure we integrate the different life journey and seek credentials of competency for the role in hand and not merely appointed because she is a woman. The transformation to a joint custody world in governments is still a long way off and this is not merely a numbers game!
Our goal is to foster harmony rather than enforce politically correctness and any misguided #censorship. The battle of inequality is rife and apparent in evidence that women are considered second class citizens in many countries.
