MENTAL HEALTH: As a corporate wellness and coaching company, Exos has an established history of helping people improve their performance. But the recent influx of stress and burnout in the workforce has meant they had to ensure an internal balance between work and time to recharge for their more than 3,000 employees.
Exos rolled out its own "recovery plan," which they then published online for any other company to use last spring. In addition to the implementation of a six-month four-day workweek pilot program, the plan includes access to a virtual professional coaching program for sustainable performance, an app that guides employees through midday breaks for mental and physical wellness, and a scheduling cutback on meetings and team-building workshops.?Check out the full offering and how it's helping employees rest and recover:
HYBRID WORK: In an effort to help more job seekers find the hybrid positions they want, remote job search platform FlexJobs released its second annual Top 100 Companies for Hybrid Jobs list for 2023, where they ranked the companies recognized for having the highest number of hybrid job openings over the last 12 months.
Sixty-two percent of hybrid postings are for experienced-level positions, according to FlexJobs, making hybrid work accessible to a majority of professionals with a few years under their belt. Manager-level roles account for 19% of hybrid postings, senior manager-level jobs make up 13%, and entry-level roles make up the remaining 6%.?See which top-rated organizations made the list:
