1 年I agree Suzette,?Occupational burnout is a severe issue That decreases productivity, cost companies more money for mistakes that are made with staff, and when you are providing services to client the?quality client care is not there due to occupational burnout which can?result in death of a client?due to negligence of the provider. It Also creates?poor decision-making, poor solution development, and?The reduction of logical thinking due to the lack of mental clarity.?The key questions that I have?1. are organizations out there willing to address occupational burnout within their own company 2.
