Today marks the end of the financial year, a notoriously busy time for businesses everywhere. With employees working themselves to the bone getting financial reports out on time, updating spreadsheets, and trawling through receipts, the topic of burnout will surely rear its head. I think, a burnout is very common problem, especially nowadays. Unfortunately, I have experienced this, too. Low motivation, no desire to do or to create something :( But I have an advice, that helped me to deal with the burnout. You need to organize your workplace, to add photo of your family, to buy a nice designed coffee or tea mug, to forget about work during your break. So simple things helped me to rise my motivation and to deal with burnout.

Single biggest game changer: companies exerting more effort into understanding & doing something about how they contribute to burn out (often toxic work relationships, excessive demands) instead of helping individuals 'fix' their burnout once it's happened.
